Your uploaded photos

When you upload a source image, we use it to run the job you requested (prepare or generate laser-ready artwork).

We do not use your private upload for unrelated marketing or third-party resale.

By default, private uploads are kept only as long as needed to complete your work and operate your account.

Retention and deletion

We apply automated retention cleanup on a best-effort basis: expired private files are removed when storage, job state, and safety checks allow.

We cannot guarantee instant deletion at an exact second; backups, in-flight jobs, or operational delays may briefly retain copies.

Curated training assets, public gallery items you choose to share, and records required for billing or fraud prevention may be kept longer.

Derived metrics after raw deletion

When you allow derived-only learning, we may keep non-image measurements (for example contrast, alignment, or quality scores) after the raw upload expires.

Derived metrics do not include the original photo pixels unless you separately grant broader learning consent.

Image-to-product files

When you use image-to-product (for example LED lamp SVG layouts), we process your upload to produce laser-ready product files.

Those product outputs stay private in your account gallery unless you explicitly publish them to the community gallery.

Optional finished-product photos you upload are stored as private evidence linked to that product job.

Engraved-result photos

If you upload a photo of a physical engraving, we use it to relate the result to your generated artwork and improve material or machine guidance.

Learning from engraved-result photos for recommendations requires your explicit consent in the workspace.

You can decline consent and still use generation; we will treat the upload as private feedback with shorter retention.

Factory and internal review

With consent, engraved-result and factory-captured photos may be reviewed internally to validate styles, materials, and machine settings.

Internal review is limited to product quality, safety, and support—not public display unless you separately publish to the community gallery.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies and browser storage so you can stay signed in, remember workspace preferences, and operate your account.

We only load analytics and marketing technologies (including Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel) after you click OK on our cookie notice.

Those non-essential tools help us understand how visitors use the site and measure campaigns. They may set their own cookies subject to the provider's policies.

You can accept non-essential cookies once via the OK button on the banner. Your choice is stored in your browser until you clear site data.

Strictly necessary cookies for security, load balancing, or fraud prevention may run without the banner because the site cannot function safely without them.
